Robin’s responsibilities include underwriting and verifying the loan application and supporting documents submitted. Douglas Munsell – Longwood Appraisers. Doug is the owner of Longwood Appraisers and is my exclusive licensed residential appraiser. Doug’s function is to appraise the target property Team Kurzman clients are looking to buy or refinance, which determines the actual value of the home based on recent comparable sales and market conditions. This is a critical and mandatory function in the loan approval process. Doug and his expert staff will approach your appraisal with the integrity you deserve.
